This policy explains the information TruAcres uses to operate accounts, listings, search, inquiries, payments, CRM workflows, and marketplace safety.

TruAcres collects account, listing, enquiry, CRM, saved-search, device, support, payment, and compliance records needed to run the marketplace.

Name, email, phone, role, agency, and account status
Property listing data, media, verification, and moderation records
Search, saved property, enquiry, site-visit, and support activity

How information is used

Data is used for account access, listing management, buyer enquiries, agency CRM follow-up, verification, fraud prevention, search relevance, analytics, payments, and support.

Improve trust, safety, duplicate detection, and marketplace operations

Automated listing content checks

When enabled for an advertiser, TruAcres uses automated services, including OpenAI, to check listing text and public property images for unsafe content, spam and property relevance. An automatic publication decision is content screening, not proof of ownership, availability, image authenticity or legal compliance.

This content-review workflow excludes private identity and transaction documents, buyer enquiries and private contact fields; avoid putting sensitive personal information in your public listing text or photos.
Checks may result in publication, a correction request or private human review. You can request a review of a content decision from your listing dashboard when that option is available.
TruAcres keeps review decisions, bounded reasons, version references and usage records for safety, support and audit. Provider retention and data controls depend on the service and account configuration; automated review does not mean zero retention.
Use the privacy request page for questions, access, correction or erasure requests. Some safety and audit records may require retention or minimization.

Consent and privacy requests

TruAcres records versioned consent for enquiry, download, CRM, marketing, analytics, and saved-search alert purposes. Users can submit access, portability, correction, erasure, objection, grievance, or consent-withdrawal requests through the privacy request workflow.

Retention and market compliance

Retention and transfer reviews follow the documented market compliance matrix for India, the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, and the UAE. Some legal, fraud, tax, payment, security, and audit records may need to be retained or minimized instead of hard-deleted.
